What You’ll Do:
- Support young people with their daily routines; Personal Care, getting them ready for school, prepping for meal times and planning activities through to bed time.
- Create a warm, homely environment by helping with light housekeeping.
- Build strong, meaningful relationships and provide emotional support.
- Plan and join fun activities like trips to the park, popcorn & movie nights or creative projects.
- Keep essential records for high-quality care.

Our setting is able to meet a wide range of complex needs, the care is delivered by a team of staff who are committed to their roles and responsibilities. Our team recognise that each child’s journey throughout childhood is very different, there is no milestone too small to celebrate for our young people, every day the home is filled with laughter and encouragement. Our strength lies in our ability to remain child focused. The team functions as an anchor of support built on trust, communication, and a shared commitment to the young people. We support each other through open dialogue, and reflective practice. Whether it’s stepping in during a difficult moment, celebrating a child’s progress, or simply checking on a colleague’s wellbeing, the team pulls together instinctively.
