Part Time Cooks – Care Home Barnet £12.82 per hour. 21 hours per week across 7 days (including weekends) – 7:00am start.
Join our well-established care home in Barnet providing nutritious meals to our 12 residents in a welcoming home with free onsite parking. We are looking for two part time cooks to join our team to play a vital role in ensuring our residents enjoy meals every day.
As a Cook you will:
- Prepare and serve balanced, home-cooked meals with variety and choice.
- Maintain high standards in food preparation, cooking, and presentation.
- Manage stock, food orders, within budget.
- Supervise the Kitchen Assistant and maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.
- Engage with residents to review satisfaction and gather feedback on meals.
- A respectful and caring attitude towards residents.
Our care home in Barnet is for Service Users with learning and physical disabilities.
Must Have:
- You must have an understanding of modified diets of each level.
Location & Hours: Barnet. 21 hours per week across 7 days (including weekends) – 7:00am start.
