Key Skills

• Driver preferred
• Completed or working towards level two in NVQ or QCF, registered on the social care register or willing to register on the social care Wales register
• Support residents with their day-to-day living
• Assist residents in community outings, holidays, and trips
• Complete relevant paperwork
• Work within company policies and procedures
• Complete all mandatory training, both classroom and e-learning
• Be a positive role model for the people we support
• Administer medication after receiving appropriate training and complete audits

What We Do

We are a well-established, nationwide healthcare provider. Our homes are specialist mental health services, offering adults person-centred care. We carefully develop and adapt homes to meet the varying needs of adults with mental health needs. Our services are located within thriving communities, offering a variety of educational, recreational, and social activities.

We aim to positively impact the service experience of people with mental health difficulties who may be experiencing emotional distress, primarily through a person-centred approach. Our Support Workers measure outcomes tailored to individual needs using our person-centred outcome-measuring tool.

Successful candidates will be required to complete an enhanced DBS disclosure prior to employment, with the expense covered by the employer.
