CareTech Group in Ashford, Kent is seeking a Deputy Manager to lead a service for adults with learning disabilities, autism, and mental health needs. The role is permanent, full-time, 37.5 hours per week, on a rota with evenings, weekends, bank holidays and sleep-ins.
Pay is £15.03 per hour with additional responsibilities and supervision duties. Orchard House supports up to 10 service users aged 40–74 with a mix of genders.
