Shifts: Days are 12hr and nights 12.5 (Three shifts one week and four the next)

Main duties of the job:
Due to further ongoing development, All Hallows are now looking to recruit full-time qualified nurses (RGN) on a full-time basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work with an established service for adults who require nursing care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury.
About us:
All Hallows Neuro Rehabilitation Centre offers 25 placements for male and female adults who require nursing care, personal care and rehabilitation programs because of their long-term neurological conditions including acquired brain injury. We have our own multi-disciplinary team you will work alongside consisting of speech and language, physio, occupational therapist and clinical psychologist.
Job responsibilities:
- We are accepting new qualified nurses on preceptorships.
- Contracts can be issued for full-time days, full-time nights or bank.
Criteria for the role:
- RGN/ RMN Qualified with a valid NMC PIN
- Patient-centric with a commitment to delivering high-quality care
- Able to work on a shift rota to include day and night shifts

The role:
- Medication management
- Assess, plan and deliver, with the patient and their carer/family, nursing care which takes account of patient choice and wishes
- Deliver prescribed care to a defined group of patients that reflect their individual needs
- Contribute to a team approach to patient care in conjunction with all members of the Care team
- Understand and participate in relevant quality improvement processes and clinical governance
