Job Summary:

We are looking for a compassionate and dedicated Autism Support Worker to empower adults with autism in leading independent and fulfilling lives. You will provide person-centered support, assisting individuals in developing life skills, social interactions, and routines that enhance their confidence and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide individualised support tailored to the unique needs of each person.

Requirements:
