About the Role: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to manage a children\’s home in Milton Keynes. This is an exciting opportunity to take over a high-performing service. You\’ll be stepping into a stable, nurturing environment with strong foundations already in place.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure continued compliance with Ofsted regulations and maintain the home\’s rating.
  • Lead, support, and develop a team of care professionals.
  • Deliver high standards of therapeutic, child-centred care.
  • Ensure the home provides a safe, warm, and structured environment.
  • Actively contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Oversee referrals, care planning, and safeguarding.
  • Work closely with external stakeholders including social workers and local authorities.

About You:

  • Must hold Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care – Children and Young People\’s Services (or working towards).
  • Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy within children\’s residential care.
  • In-depth understanding of Children\’s Homes Regulations and Quality Standards.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
  • A commitment to therapeutic and trauma-informed care.
