We work in partnership with our clients to provide safe, consistent and high‑quality support to vulnerable individuals. We are now looking for a reliable, proactive and people‑focused On‑Call Coordinator to join our team and support our out‑of‑hours service.

Working Hours: Weekday Evenings: 5:00 pm – 10:00 pm, Weekends: Early & Late shifts available

The Role: As part of our on‑call team, you will play a key role in ensuring our services remain fully staffed and supported outside of core hours. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing incoming shift requests.
  • Contacting and booking workers into shifts.
  • Responding to last‑minute changes and emergencies.
  • Supporting both clients and workers professionally.
  • Ensuring all shifts are filled efficiently.
  • Maintaining clear and accurate communication.
  • Working closely with the wider team to ensure continuity.

This is a fast‑paced and rewarding role, where no two shifts are the same.
