About Us – Carestaff Solutions: Carestaff Solutions is a CQC‑registered health and social care staffing agency and care provision delivering high‑quality, compliant, and responsive staffing solutions across the Northwest of England and Greater London. As we continue to grow, we are looking for passionate and driven Staffing Coordinators to join our exceptional team.
Work Hours: Monday - Friday 5 pm - 10 pm. Saturday and Sunday 7 am - 3 pm and 3 pm - 10 pm. Overnights 10 pm - 7 am.
The key responsibilities of this role are:
- Proactively manage and fill bookings using our in‑house system.
- Work with urgency to cover last‑minute shifts while maintaining quality.
- Work in partnership with our compliance leads to ensure full readiness before placements.
- Follow all internal policies and CQC regulatory requirements.
- Ensure service user safety, confidentiality, and dignity is always upheld.
- Match candidates to suitable roles and maintain regular contact to ensure satisfaction and retention.
- Take a genuine interest in our workers’ welfare and career goals.
- Screen and interview candidates in line with Carestaff’s compliance procedures.
- Identify and engage new health and social care services across your region (care homes, children’s homes, supported living, private hospitals, etc.).
- Build and maintain strong, professional relationships with service managers, procurement leads, and HR teams.
- Promote Carestaff’s services confidently and clearly, demonstrating the value and reliability we provide.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience in recruitment (preferably in health or social care), or similar client‑facing role.
- Confident communicator – written, verbal, and face‑to‑face.
- Strong commercial awareness and ability to identify business opportunities.
- A self‑starter with excellent time management and organisation.
- Resilient, professional, and adaptable under pressure.
- Genuine passion for the care sector and commitment to ethical recruitment.
