Duties:

- Help identify unsafe, harmful, or abusive situations and individuals.
- Ensure the health, safety, and wellbeing of children and young people at all times.
- Utilize various intervention strategies for behavior management.
- Create an open culture with young people in care.
- Safeguard children and ensure their safety according to protocols.
