We are looking for a driven and capable 360 Workforce Consultant to join our growing Preston team. This is a full 360 role, meaning you will take ownership across the full recruitment and workforce cycle from business development and client relationship management, through to candidate attraction, interviewing, onboarding, compliance coordination, bookings and placements.

You will play a key role in helping us continue to grow while maintaining the high standards, responsiveness and professionalism that Carestaff Solutions is known for. This role would suit someone who is commercially minded, people-focused, organised, proactive and genuinely passionate about the health and social care sector.
