SuperCare are opening our first SEMH/EBD home for teenagers in Ninfield and are looking for coaches (residential support workers/mentors) to join us full time. * Please note that we are currently looking for adults who can start immediately who have a clean and enhanced DBS on the update service and Must hold a Full driving Licence * Mental Health Experience is Essential, (2Years) Working in Mental Health Residential homes, Mentla Health Hospitals/Units. We\’re on a mission to be the number 1 employer in the social care sector, which is reflected by our base pay, benefits and training. Care workers on the floor earn between £25,920 and £35,405 before overtime on a 36 hour contract.
