We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and professional Live-In Care Support Workers to join our growing team. In this role, you will live in the client’s home during your placement, providing dedicated support, companionship, and assistance with daily living to help clients maintain their independence and quality of life.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
  • Support with medication in line with care plans and company procedures
  • Assist with meal preparation, nutrition, and hydration
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Support mobility and safe moving and handling where required
  • Carry out light household duties including cleaning and laundry
  • Accompany clients to appointments and social outings where appropriate
  • Monitor and report any changes in health or wellbeing
  • Maintain accurate records and follow care plans and risk assessments

Candidate Profile:

  • Caring, patient, and dependable with a professional approach
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to different home environments
  • Flexible and committed to delivering high standards of care
  • Previous live-in care experience is beneficial but not essential
  • Minimum 6 months’ experience in a UK care setting (essential)
  • Must have the legal right to work in the UK – we do not offer sponsorship
