Project Implementation and Training Team Leader

Overseeing the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing software training, and managing ongoing support for dental practices. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation. Identify and communicate potential risks and roadblocks during implementation. Make an early assessment of the change management impact on the practice and predict possible churn scenario and highlight the ones that may need more support than usual.
