Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing the implementation process, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing software training, and managing ongoing support for dental practices.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identifying and communicating potential risks and roadblocks during implementation.
  • Being a single point of contact for the customer until they are settled and set up for success on CareStack™.
  • Adopting a consultative approach to understand the current practice workflows and adapting them for CareStack™.
  • Influencing and educating the customer towards better workflows and SOPs that would yield higher growth.
  • Monitoring core workflow adoption during the initial few weeks and proactively reaching out if vulnerabilities are found while using CareStack™.
  • Making an early assessment of the change management impact on the practice and predicting possible churn scenarios, highlighting those that may need more support than usual.
