Rate: £32.64ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £24.35ph on a PAYE basis

- Responsible for developing maintenance programs and plans for preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Manages the work order and maintenance tracking systems.
- Responsible for establishing survey and inspection programs.
- Maximizes the utilization of maintenance resources, responsible for spare parts strategy.
- Ensures warranty issues are resolved.
- Participates in the preparation of the maintenance budget, providing cost estimates for the projects; monitors costs against budget.
- Supports turnaround activities; assists in development of critical path plans and budgets.
- Provides information for weekly and monthly reporting requirements.
- Ongoing communication with operations management and procurement staff.
Level: An Experienced Professional (P2) applies practical knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience.
