Position Description: The automotive client requires an experienced SAP Trainer to support the deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme and its critical SAP Plant Maintenance component. The role will enable employees to work with live data and dashboards, contributing to a unified, traceable, end‑to‑end process across all functions.
Key Essential Skills:- Experience as an SAP user
- Extensive experience in training creation and delivery
- Experience creating simulation training
The SAP Trainer will create and deliver SAP Manufacturing modules to business end users, driving engagement and ensuring sustained change adoption.
Key Activities:- Process assessment and stakeholder identification via a Training Needs Analysis (TNA)
- Design and create role‑based SAP user training using SAP EnableNow and Articulate Rise
- Develop training content including classroom courses, online learning courses, assessments, videos, simulations, and quick reference guides
- Evaluate SAP users’ level of knowledge at appropriate levels
- Assist with training impact assessments
- Create stakeholder training and engagement plans and support communication to end users
- Prepare and deliver process‑based blended learning packages
- Define, engage and align stakeholders in preparation for deployment
- Ensure clear training delivery plans are executed on time
- Host on‑site and off‑site training events across sites, run drop‑in sessions and provide floor‑walking support
- Demonstrate excellent business behaviours including teamwork
- Collaborate with Business Process, Testing, Training and Communications teams for the deployed capability
- Knowledge of SAP EnableNow
- Experience with Articulate Rise
- Familiarity with SAP Manufacturing modules
This role requires on‑site presence five days per week during the deployment window. Candidates must be based in the West Midlands or Liverpool.
