SAP Trainer – Enterprise Asset Management Transformation Programme

We are recruiting for an experienced SAP Trainer to support a major digital transformation programme within a leading automotive organisation.

This role will play a critical part in the deployment of the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) programme and SAP Plant Maintenance solution, helping to drive user adoption, capability development, and business readiness across the organisation.

Working closely with stakeholders, business process teams, testing teams, training leads, and communications teams, you will design and deliver engaging SAP training solutions that enable employees to confidently adopt new systems and processes.

If you have extensive experience creating and delivering SAP training, alongside expertise in simulation-based learning, this is an excellent opportunity to join a high-profile transformation programme with long-term contract prospects.

The Role

As SAP Trainer, you will be responsible for creating and delivering role-based SAP training materials and programmes that support business change and ensure successful adoption of new ways of working.

Key responsibilities

  • Conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNA) and identifying key stakeholder groups.
  • Designing and developing role-based SAP training solutions.
  • Creating training content using SAP Enable Now and Articulate Rise.
  • Developing a variety of learning materials including: Classroom training, E-learning modules, Assessments, Training videos, Simulations, Quick reference guides.
  • Evaluating user knowledge and training effectiveness.
  • Supporting training impact assessments.
  • Developing stakeholder engagement and training plans.
  • Delivering process-based blended learning programmes.
  • Engaging and aligning stakeholders ahead of deployment activities.
  • Ensuring training delivery plans are executed to agreed timelines.
  • Facilitating training events on-site and across multiple locations.
  • Delivering floor-walking support and drop-in sessions during deployment phases.
  • Working collaboratively with Business Process, Testing, Training and Communications teams.

Essential Requirements

  • Proven experience as an SAP user.
  • Extensive experience in training design, development and delivery.
  • Experience creating simulation-based training solutions.
  • Strong stakeholder management and engagement skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging training to diverse user groups.
  • Excellent communication, planning and organisational skills.

Desirable Skills

  • SAP Enable Now experience.
  • Articulate Rise experience.
  • Knowledge of SAP Manufacturing modules.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation or change programmes.
