The role is for a Lead Business Analyst, Electrified Systems Engineering Order Support. The candidate will support GPIRS / ARIBA & Aurora Ordering for EPE and align with FNA EPE Budget. Candidate will be involved in the Budget Control Review and align initial yearly budget with FNA and agree NSPS / Material Budgets.
The candidate will be developing and providing strategic business analysis. Responsibilities include:
- Co-ordination of monthly budget reporting (budget deployment, risks & ops, workload vs. headcount tracking).
- Providing chief level business metrics, CIB review and support order process and spend plan.
- Business office support.
- Align timing to support business review meetings TVM, MPIM, TDR Chair MPIM, Chief TDR and BPR meetings.
- Understanding of engineering content / technical awareness.
- Lead program resource estimation activities (PT Program Resource Estimation, GARRP process).
- Managing department ISO documentation (MDL, DRIM, department training records).
- Maintaining Programme look-ahead & health chart documents.
- Maintaining department launch support plan.
Skills Required:
- Degree in Engineering discipline or have completed two-thirds of formal study towards degree course and commitment to complete studies or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of current EV technologies and components desirable.
- Demonstrable experience of working independently.
- Good working knowledge of GPDS process.
Experience Required:
- Experience in a PD business office, budget or resource planning role.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with excellent team building and leadership skills.
Education Required:
- Degree in Engineering discipline or have completed two-thirds of formal study towards degree course and commitment to complete studies, or equivalent experience.
Additional Information: Minimum 2 days onsite per week (Weds & Thurs). This role is INSIDE IR35.
