Rate: £29.72ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £22.20ph on a PAYE basis

Position Description:

Coordinate the daily construction activities at the project site with the objective of ensuring all activities comply with project quality plans, specifications, site programs, and meet all safety standards and legal requirements. Plans the activities in order to effectively use resources to meet construction program. Reviews specification drawing in order to resolve any discrepancies or conflicts. Monitors materials, equipment and manpower on site in order to ensure that the appropriate materials are available to meet the construction program timing.

Level: A Senior Professional (P3) applies advanced knowledge of job area typically obtained through advanced education and work experience. Responsibilities typically include:

  • Managing projects/processes, working independently with limited supervision.
  • Coaching and reviewing the work of lower level professionals.
  • Problems faced are difficult and sometimes complex.

Skills Required:

  • Experience in Installation and coordination of projects
  • Good communication, problem solving and organisation skills
