Location: Gaydon, Warwickshire
Hybrid working: We are in the office as a Team on Tuesdays and Thursdays, plus others as and when required/agreed. A typical working week would be >50% in the office including all day Tuesdays and Thursdays.
Rate: £33.88ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £25.26ph on a PAYE basis

Position Description: The position is responsible for the engineering integration process for vehicle architectures.
Responsibilities include:
- Design and develop the vehicle technical specifications and attributes across vehicle architectures
- Lead and resolve complex multifunctional engineering problems.
- Be able to balance competing attributes and requirements to define the optimum engineering solution.
- Analysis of current and future technologies and competitor products to ensure the future competitiveness of products by influencing strategies
- Coaching, reviewing and delegating work to lower level professionals.
Skills Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Essential:
- Knowledge of whole vehicle engineering and cross-functional vehicle systems
- Enthusiasm for vehicles and their development
- Strong communication skills and ability to interpret technical information
- Good IT literacy eg. ability to create and manage presentations and spreadsheets
- Full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Previous experience of whole vehicle development and validation
- Previous experience of problem solving tools, eg. Six sigma methods
- Previous experience of leading technical issue resolution
