Rate: £33.88ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £25.26ph on a PAYE basis

Position Description:
Experienced 3D artist with expert knowledge of 3D tools & animation, able to convert design visions into working developed models that are optimised and ready for software implementation. Collaborating with software and design teams, acting as the go‑between to realise the creative vision while maintaining technical accuracy and creative standards. Ability to create models suitable for real‑time animation and usage, as well as highly polished visual renders for use in various applications. Previous experience within a games developer or 3D production house creating products or vehicles.
Skills:
- Proficient in modelling tools: Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, Unreal Engine.
- Proficient in rendering using Vred or Vray.
- Adobe Creative Suite experience (Photoshop, After Effects, Illustrator, etc).
- Understand system limitations and capable of optimising real‑time models accordingly.
- 3D animation, UV mapping, texture creation & shader making.
- Understanding of VFX.
- Understanding fundamentals and limitations of game engines.
- Familiar with glTF and file troubleshooting.
- Competent at rigging, modelling, optimising and animating 3D assets.
- High quality portfolio with examples of work and methods.
- Attention to detail and enthusiasm to work alongside designers and developers to achieve world‑class results that will be seen in luxury vehicles.
Education:
Degree level qualification or equivalent in a related area (Design / Games etc).
Additional Information:
This position is confirmed Inside IR35. Only candidates eligible to work in the UK need to apply. Our clients are unable to provide sponsorship for visas.
