Our client is revolutionising the way it plans and manages its end-to-end Supply Chain, working to improve lead times and offer increased flexibility to customers. Right at the heart of this are the Operations & Logistics teams, responsible for the execution of the core Supply Chain & Logistics processes and systems that ensure efficient, on-time delivery of parts to our plants right through to delivery of finished vehicles to our retailers and customers.
Working as a Senior Project Analyst within the Supply Chain Operations Development team, you will be leading the Operations & Logistics teams through the digital transformation, delivering products and services that drive competitive advantage and efficiency by reducing costs, improving delivery performance, process efficiencies and creating value and driving profitable growth for the teams. You will be leading the end-to-end implementation of data analytics and digital tools within our client's Logistics Operations, using data to deliver business improvements and create value. This includes the project management of significant and complex change programmes across the Operations & Logistics Team working with a diverse range of Stakeholders. You will manage this technology-enabled change, drawing on your Supply Chain & Logistics domain knowledge and data & analytics expertise. A Customer First mindset is paramount, and you will always ensure that the products you deliver are tailored to the needs of your Stakeholders.

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities
- Requirements gathering across the Operations & Logistics Teams - analysing pain points within existing processes and systems, identifying improvement opportunities and project scoping.
- ARIS process mapping of existing processes and future processes.
- Project prioritisation - maintain catalogue of functional projects, ensuring they are prioritised for delivery based on latest data and meet Stakeholder requirements.
- Grow and develop class leading analytics skills in a dynamic and complex environment.
- Define and maintain Data Analytics Strategy and Strategic Roadmap for Operations and Logistics.
- Project manage strategic analytics projects and run workshops with operational and technical Stakeholders, leading project governance reviews ensuring milestones are met.
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions, working with IT Teams to deliver data analytics and digital tools.
- Providing support for the implementation and usage of analytics applications.
- Budget planning for technology, licenses, data transformation (to review) and consumption.
- Benchmarking and Industry forums.
- Undertake any other work as directed by their Line Manager in connection with their job as may be requested from time-to-time.
Knowledge skill and experience
- Essential Experience working in the Supply Chain / Logistics sector/ Operational experience.
- Working knowledge and experience of Logistics systems including SAP, MRP / ERP, EWM warehouse management, data management and simulation, E2E connected supply chain.
Key Performance Indicators
- Reduced cost resulting from the use of data and analytics tools.
- Project manage all allocated projects including significant change programmes in-line with project plan.
- Key strategic project(s) delivered successfully and on-time.
- Current projects in scope: India Plant & Contract Manufacture, Slovakia Plant, Malaysia Contract Manufacture, Brazil Plant and our client's UK Plants.
- Design and implement class leading analytics suite and digital tools.
Additional Information:
Travel to other sites when required, Gaydon, Whitley, Halewood, EPMC, DC1/DC4 Midpoint, Nitra, India. This role is INSIDE IR35.
