Job Title: HR Operations Associate Location: Whitley, Coventry (Hybrid 2-3 days Wednesday fixed day) Rate: £23.60ph via an Umbrella Company (Inside IR35) or £17.69ph on a PAYE basis Employment Type: Contract (To July 2027) Hours: Standard 40 Hours Per Week Reference: J37415236 Position Description: Duties: Process all employee lifecycle changes including new starters, leavers, transfers, promotions, and contract amendments. Prepare and issue employment contracts, offer letters, onboarding packs, and exit documentation. Manage offboarding processes including final documentation, equipment returns, system deactivation, and filing employee documentation. Maintain accurate employee data in HR systems e.g., SuccessFactors. Update organisational structures, reporting lines, job titles, and position data. Ensure data integrity and compliance with audit, payroll, and reporting requirements. Run routine HR reports e.g., Priority report and support ad-hoc data requests. Support system testing, updates, and troubleshooting. Skills: Good organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload in a fast-paced environment. A good communicator (written and verbal) with a strong customer-focused mindset. An effective team player who supports team members. Data analytical skills - preferred. Education: Experience of using SuccessFactors, Open Text, C4S, and Microsoft Office. Previous experience of working in a Shared Service environment or administrative role.
