Objective: Project Managers are key members of the Operations team, interacting with both internal and external clients. They are responsible for coordinating, implementing, executing, controlling, and completing specific projects, ensuring alignment with company strategy, commitments, and goals. The Project Manager will ensure client success and help them achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead the planning, implementation, and execution of project tasks.
  • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables, and determine resource requirements.
  • Develop detailed project plans and coordinate project staff.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, schedules, and deadlines.
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
  • Provide direction and support to the project team to ensure quality delivery.
  • Monitor project progress, including costs and schedules.
  • Present reports on project progress, issues, and solutions to company executives, clients, and all stakeholders.
  • Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
  • Stay informed of technologies/platforms to ensure technical alignment with project goals.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Collaborate with team, tracking and resolving open issues, working internally and with clients.
  • Implement and manage changes to project schedules, scopes, and costs as needed to meet timelines.
  • Evaluate and assess project results.
  • Ensure both client and company objectives, expectations, and goals are met.
  • Communicate with all stakeholders to ensure client success.
  • Define and coordinate tasks and resources to meet contract deliverables and milestones.
  • Ensure client expectations and timelines are met to their satisfaction.
  • Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate issues to management as appropriate.
  • Successfully manage relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
  • Establish and maintain stakeholder governance communication, including executive summaries.

Required Skills And Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, including project management techniques and tools.
  • Experience with healthcare data.
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry and healthcare data.
  • Knowledge of value-based care and population health is a plus.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Ability to communicate with all levels within an organization, including C-Suite.
  • Excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to embrace change and company growth.
  • Understanding software as a service.
  • Strong desire to embrace partnerships and collaboration.
  • Analytical skills and strong leadership abilities.
  • Proven experience managing relationships with clients and coworkers.

Education

  • Required: BS Degree (or higher) or equivalent work experience.
