As we grow, we’re looking for a Product Owner who can take ownership of delivery within a product team – translating ideas into well‑shaped work, keeping teams aligned, and ensuring we deliver meaningful outcomes for our users.
About the Role
As a Product Owner, you’ll play a key role in ensuring product ideas are translated into clear, actionable work that teams can deliver effectively. You’ll take ownership of backlog quality and sprint readiness, working closely with Product Managers, Design, and Engineering ensuring we’re solving the right problems in the right way. This role is hands‑on and delivery‑focused, with real responsibility from the outset.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Shaping ideas into clear epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Managing and prioritising the product backlog to balance user needs, business priorities, and technical constraints
- Ensuring work is well‑defined and ready for sprint planning
- Supporting sprint teams to deliver smoothly and consistently
- Identifying risks, gaps, or dependencies early and driving resolution
- Using user insight, data, and feedback to inform decisions
- Supporting discovery work such as user interviews, journey mapping, and testing ideas
- Helping define and track measurable outcomes, not just outputs
- Continuously looking for ways to improve the product experience
