Flexibility to work from other Carers Trust's offices around the UK when needed.
The Head of Corporate Partnerships & Business Development is a key role within the Income Generation Team, central to driving Carers Trust's corporate income growth and delivering our strategy, A Fair World for Carers.
The postholder will be responsible for developing and leading highvalue partnerships, shaping compelling propositions, and managing a portfolio of corporate relationships to achieve ambitious income targets.
We are seeking a confident and commercially minded leader with experience in business development and partnership management.
The successful candidate will build and influence strong relationships across a wide range of stakeholders, requiring excellent communication, collaboration and leadership skills.
As the postholder you will: Work with the Executive and Leadership teams to transform strategic priorities into compelling fundable programmes, products and services.
Take strategic and timely decisions balancing internal stakeholder's priorities whilst also considering external trends and opportunities.
Regularly monitor income and expenditure budgets and undertake re-forecasting and implement contingency plans if required.

In 2022, we launched our refreshed strategy Building a Caring Society', which sets out stretching ambitions to ensure that all carers have access to high quality local carer organisations, no carer is pushed into poverty or financially disadvantaged by theircaring role and that all unpaid carers, regardless of circumstances or age, are able to enjoy a fulfilling role alongside their caring relationship.
