Policy and Practice Officer in Cardiff

We are excited to be recruiting for a Policy and Practice officer to join our team in Wales.

This role is central to advancing our mission by amplifying the voices of unpaid carers, ensuring their experiences shape policy and practice, and strengthening the visibility and accessibility of carer support services across Wales. By embedding Carers Trust Wales in strategic conversations and promoting good practice, the postholder will help drive meaningful change for carers of people with dementia—many of whom are older, isolated, and under-recognised.

The work will contribute directly to thedevelopment of the Welsh Government\’s Dementia Strategy and ensure that carers\’ needs are reflected in service design and delivery.
