We’re recruiting two Financial Wellbeing Officers (full time or part time) to support carers across West Wales who are experiencing financial hardship. You’ll help maximise their income, strengthen their financial security, and work closely with colleagues to ensure carers can access the full range of services available to them.

Location: Llanelli Office / Hybrid Working (Flexible home and office working available)

Salary: £25,419 pro rata, per annum

Hours: Full Time or Part Time

Length of Contract: Fixed Team contract until 31 March 2028

Responsibilities:

  • Support carers across West Wales who are experiencing financial hardship.
  • Help maximise their income, strengthen their financial security, and work closely with colleagues to ensure carers can access the full range of services available to them.

Requirements / Qualifications:

  • Experience preferred but not essential for this post. Full training will be provided.
