Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and organized individual to be the first point of contact as a Financial Wellbeing Service Support Officer. In this role, you will manage referrals, respond to initial inquiries, and work closely with the Service Coordinator to build strong partnerships with our co-delivery teams. Your efforts will ensure beneficiaries receive timely, efficient, and compassionate support.

What We Offer

• £24,920 per annum pro rata
• 37 hours per week
• 25 days per annum plus 8 bank holidays (pro rata)
• Hybrid Working / Llanelli Office
• Fixed term until 31st March 2027
