Salary: £14,871 per annum (£24,454 FTE)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 22.5 Hours per week
Location: Hybrid role with community work in Medway
Responsibilities
- Completing assessments for young carers and providing high quality information and support, including one-to-one assessments and support plans.
- Running support groups and activities.
- Working with schools and partners to identify young carers in Medway.
Qualifications
- Experience of working with young people (ideally vulnerable groups or carers), in one-to-one or group settings, and an understanding of young carers and their issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
