Salary: £14,871 per annum (£24,454 FTE)
Contract: Fixed-term - 12 months
Hours: 22.5 Hours per week

About this role
- Completing assessments for young adult carers and improving resilience and wellbeing including access to education, employment and training opportunities.
- Provide high quality information and support either one to one or group based, building partnerships with educational settings and local organisations to ensure young adult carers can achieve their full potential.
About you
- Experience of working with young people (ideally vulnerable groups or carers) either in one to one or group settings and demonstrate an understanding of young adult carers and their issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
