Carers First Lincolnshire is seeking a Carer Support Adviser to join our Operational Team. You will manage conversations with carers to identify needs, write statutory carers assessments for Lincolnshire County Council, and provide information, advice and wellbeing support.
This hybrid role offers the opportunity to run wellbeing groups and actively identify carers through partnership working with partners, within a supportive team in Lincoln.
