Location: This is a hybrid role, which involves community working in Lincoln/Gainsborough area of Lincolnshire and some home working. You must be able to support carers face to face in the North Kesteven, Lincoln and West Lindsey area.

About this role:
- As a Carer Support Adviser, you will be part of our Operational Team, helping to improve the lives of carers through your work.
- This role will include managing conversations with carers to identify need; writing statutory carers assessments on behalf of Lincolnshire County Council; providing information, advice, and wellbeing support; running wellbeing groups and pro-active identification of carers through partnership working.
About you:
- To be successful you will have experience of working with adults either in a 1:1 or group setting, a working knowledge of health and social care particularly in relation to adults and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A high standard of written skills is needed in order to help the carer identify their support needs and to complete statutory assessments.
