Carers Federation in Gateshead is seeking two experienced Team Leaders to join the Caregivers Connected Service. You will be part of a dynamic team and oversee day-to-day delivery, ensuring services are delivered to the highest standards.
You will work alongside the Operations Manager, leading the delivery team, identifying carers, and enabling access to carer support services. This is a permanent position based at Aidan House, Gateshead.
