An exciting opportunity for a suitably experienced Operations Manager to join Carers Federation and lead in the delivery and development of key Carers Federation strategies. This is a newly created role, reporting to the CEO, and working closely with the New Business & Partnership Development Manager, the post-holder will focus on:
- Delivering existing key strategies developed within core areas of the business
- Supporting income generation through delivery of newly developed business initiatives
- Working closely with the CEO to achieve the strategic aims of the organisation
Hours: 37 Per week

Salary: Band 3a £36,230, rising to £38,549 after probation, with potential progression to £40,869
