We are looking for an experienced and motivated person to join our busy Carer Support Service, sharing responsibilities with another Team Lead. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team delivering vital support to unpaid carers across the county. As Team Leader, you will provide day-to-day leadership and operational support across our carer hub services. You will lead and support a team of Carer Advisors, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred, strengths-based support that meets statutory requirements.
Job Overview
- Provide day-to-day leadership, operational oversight and quality assurance of carer support services.
- Lead a team of Carer Advisors delivering frontline assessments, advice and support, ensuring services are high-quality, strengths-based, outcome-focused and compliant with statutory requirements.
- Combine team leadership, service coordination, performance management and continuous improvement, using data, insight and partnership working to achieve positive outcomes for unpaid carers.
Place of Work: Worcester Office (hybrid working by agreement)
Hours of Work: 22.5 hours per week, worked over 3 days including a Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Pay Scale: £17,384 per annum for part time hours
