The Role

You’ll play a key role in:
- Leading and mentoring a team
- Supporting the out-of-hours service through participation in the on-call rota
- Completing care plan assessments and regular reviews
- Leading shadow shifts for new carers and carrying out care observations
- Monitoring compliance and updating care management software
- Liaising with healthcare professionals and client families to ensure continuity of care
What We’re Looking For

- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
- A compassionate, client-focused approach
- Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across Plymouth and nearby areas
- Flexibility to provide guidance and support when required
What We Offer
- Competitive salary: Up to ÂŁ32,000 per year, plus overtime and bonus opportunities
- 28 days paid holiday
- Company car (as agreed), mobile phone, laptop, and uniform
- Paid travel time and mileage allowance
- Employee incentives, team events, and clear career progression pathways
- A structured 40-hour workweek, balanced between leadership duties and care delivery
