With our new 2026 pay rates, you can earn up to £15.50 per hour, plus paid travel time and mileage — including travel from your home to your first visit and back again after your last (over 10 miles).
We’ll equip you with the skills you need to succeed. You don’t need a background in care to join us. We provide fully paid training, both in person and online, giving you everything you need to feel confident in your role. Whether you’re starting out, returning to work, or looking for a change, you’ll be supported every step of the way by a team that wants you to succeed.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Community Carer, you’ll support people to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes. Your role will include:
- Assisting with personal care and medication

- Offering companionship and reassurance
- Supporting individuals to maintain their independence and confidence
- Building trusted relationships with the people you support

You’ll be working across Ivybridge and the surrounding areas, supporting people within your local community. We’re growing quickly in this area, which means more opportunities to develop your career while making a real difference close to home.
