With our new 2026 pay rates, you can earn up to £15.50 per hour, with enhanced pay for evening and weekend shifts, plus paid travel time and mileage. We’re looking for caring, dependable people to join our growing team across Bovey Tracey, Newton Abbot, Ivybridge, South Brent and nearby areas, supporting people in their homes during the evenings and weekends. Whether you’re experienced or completely new to care, we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed.

Your Role in the Community:

  • Support with daily living tasks, including personal care, medication, meal preparation, and general wellbeing
  • Provide companionship, reassurance, and emotional support during evening hours
  • Help individuals maintain independence, dignity, and confidence in their own homes

We deliver high-quality care across Teignbridge, Ivybridge, Plymouth, South Hams and surrounding communities, with a growing demand for evening and weekend support.

What You’ll Need:

  • A caring and compassionate nature
  • Availability for evening and/or weekend work

  • A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle is preferred
