CareRight is looking for a proactive, confident and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Part-Time Care Recruitment Resourcer.

As CareRight continues to grow, recruiting the right people is essential to ensuring we provide high-quality care and support to our clients. You'll play an important role in helping us attract, engage and recruit new care workers, building relationships with potential applicants and supporting them throughout their recruitment journey.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking to people, has a positive and outgoing personality and is motivated by achieving results.

What Will You Be Doing?

Your main responsibility will be to identify and engage potential care workers and encourage them to join the CareRight team.

Your duties will include:

  • Contacting new applicants to discuss available care opportunities and establish their suitability and interest.
  • Making outbound telephone calls to previous applicants and potential candidates.
  • Searching our candidate database to identify suitable people for current vacancies.
  • Engaging with candidates through telephone, email, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Building positive relationships and maintaining regular contact with applicants.
  • Following up candidates and encouraging them to progress through the recruitment process.
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and finding new ways to attract potential care workers.
  • Keeping candidate records and recruitment activity accurate and up to date.
  • Working towards agreed recruitment targets and objectives.

You'll work closely with the wider team to understand recruitment needs, prioritise vacancies and help ensure we maintain a strong pipeline of potential care workers.

What Are We Looking For?

We're looking for someone who is:

  • Confident and comfortable speaking to people over the telephone.
  • Friendly, approachable and able to build positive relationships.
  • Highly organised with good attention to detail.
  • Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Confident using computers, databases, email and social media.
  • Able to manage their time and prioritise different tasks.
  • Motivated by targets and enjoys seeing the results of their efforts.

Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service, administration or the care sector would be an advantage, but it is not essential.

Full training and ongoing support will be provided for the right person. Most importantly, we're looking for someone with the right attitude, enthusiasm and willingness to learn.

What Do We Offer?

  • Β£13.00 per hour.
  • Part-time hours of up to 25 per week.
  • Flexible working arrangements, agreed around business requirements.
  • Β£6,000+ additional annual earning potential through our bonus and commission scheme.
  • Uncapped commission, giving you the opportunity to increase your earnings through performance.
  • Full training and ongoing support.
  • The chance to make a genuine contribution to a growing care organisation.

Actual bonus and commission earnings will depend on performance and the applicable incentive scheme.

Location and Working Arrangements

The role can be based at either our Plymouth or Bovey Tracey office.

Working hours will be flexible by agreement, subject to recruitment requirements and operational needs.

Interested in Joining Us?

If you're a confident communicator, enjoy connecting with people and are looking for a rewarding part-time opportunity with excellent additional earning potential, we'd love to hear from you.
