Pay: £20.00 - £25.00 per hour

Shift Pattern: 2-3 hours per day / 3-4 times a week during weekdays

CarePro Health and Social is currently recruiting Contact Supervisors to support children and families in the Cornwall area. This role involves supervising and facilitating contact sessions between children and their families, ensuring a safe, positive, and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and facilitate contact sessions between children and their parents or family members in accordance with care plans
  • Ensure the safety and well-being of the child throughout each session
  • Observe and document all interactions objectively and professionally
  • Write clear, detailed, and factual reports following each session – strong report writing skills are a must
  • Maintain appropriate boundaries and manage any incidents or concerns during visits
  • Liaise with social workers and other professionals where required
  • Travel between contact locations within Greenwich

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working with children and families (social care, education, or similar setting preferred)
  • Excellent report writing skills and attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Enhanced DBS (or willingness to complete one)
  • Flexible, reliable, and child-focused
  • Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively
