- Encourage independence in daily living activities such as shopping, meal planning, household tasks, and community engagement.
- Work collaboratively with families, carers, and professionals to ensure consistent, high-quality support.
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to support plans.
- Promote wellbeing, dignity, and choice at all times.
