We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate TEAM LEADER (COMMUNITY HOMECARE) to join our community-based homecare team in LEWISHAM (SE4, SE14, SE8, SE10).
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering high-quality care and wants to help ensure our clients receive safe, person-centred and compassionate support in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities
- Promote high standards of care, dignity, respect and safeguarding.
- Carry out quality checks and provide constructive feedback to care staff.
- Support the monitoring of care plans and service delivery.
- Identify good practice and areas where improvements can be made.
- Work with carers to encourage consistent, person-centred care.
- Support clients and families to share feedback about their care.
- Report concerns promptly and work with management to resolve issues.
- Help ensure company policies, procedures and regulatory standards are followed.
- Contribute to a positive culture of continuous improvement.
We are looking for someone who is:
- Caring, reliable and approachable.

- Confident communicating with clients, families and care staff.
- Able to identify and address concerns professionally.
- Organised and able to work independently.
- Flexible and willing to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
- Experienced in health and social care or homecare.
- Knowledgeable about safeguarding, person-centred care and quality standards (desirable).
- £15.00 per hour
- GUARANTEED 20 HOURS PER WEEK
