We have a very exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Administrator to join our team. Working within our Recruitment Team, we are looking for someone with the passion, determination, heart and soul to help us recruit kind-hearted, naturally caring, experienced and professional individuals who understand the demands of a very busy Domiciliary Care organisation.
Recruitment Administrator Duties & Responsibilities
- Full 360 Recruitment including interviews, DBS, Referencing, General Administration, Compliance checks and Marketing.
- Maintaining and establishing strong relationships with candidates and clients across the Social Care Sector.
- Sourcing new candidates creatively.
- Attending Job Fairs/Networking Events.
Requirements Of a Recruitment Administrator
- Knowledge and understanding of the Domiciliary Care Sector is a must!
- Team player who is able to work collaboratively.
- Confident around new people, on the phone, Microsoft Teams and Social Media.
- Professional and unflappable in a pressured environment.
- Well organised with knowledge of Excel, Word and ATS systems.
- Passionate about recruiting the right people for the right job.
- At least 6 months experience within the Social Care Recruitment industry.

We provide 24-hour Domiciliary Care and Extra Care Services, 7 days a week to those in need in our local community. We pride ourselves on our reputation to provide consistent, reliable and proactive carers. They provide person-centred support with high quality care and assistance to people who live in their own homes.
Due to the urgency to fill this position we cannot recruit from overseas for this role, neither can we offer sponsorship.
