We are seeking a well organised and methodical individual to join our team as an ACP Auditor. Our ideal candidate will have a passion for excel, knowledge of CQC Regulations and will have worked in a Domiciliary Care Setting either as a Senior Care Worker, Field Care Supervisor or Social Care Auditor or Manager.
THE ROLE AS AN ACP AUDITOR (SOCIAL CARE) INCLUDES:
- Reviewing and auditing medication administration records, ensuring that all records are clear, in line with the care plan and company policies.
- Reviewing and auditing ECM (Electronic Call Monitoring) data ensuring that all locations, care worker logs ins and timings are in line with the care plan and company policies.
- Reviewing and auditing Service User Daily Records, ensuring that all notes are clear, factual and, care worker logs ins and timings are in line with the care plan and company policies.
- Reviewing and auditing Service User and Care Worker files to ensure that the branch are meeting CQC Standards and Company Policy.
- Work closely with Branch Managers and the Operations Dept to provide important findings, themes and trends to the correct department.
- Liaising with care workers, colleagues to fact check and collect necessary information and data to ensure full transparency of care records.
- Keep accurate records and matrixes on Excel and other systems as stipulated by the Operations Dept.
