Carepoint Services Limited is looking for a fantastic Care Coordinator to join our domiciliary care team in the Lambeth area!
What will you be doing?
- Coordinating care packages and supporting our care workers
- Managing rotas and making sure shifts are safely covered
- Matching carers with the needs of our clients
- Communicating with clients, families and professionals
- Responding to changes and solving problems quickly
- Helping ensure our clients receive safe, person-centred and high-quality care
- Supporting our team to deliver the best possible service every day
We're looking for someone who is:

Experience in domiciliary care and care coordination is highly desirable.
