Carepoint Services Limited seeks a well organised ACP Auditor (Social Care) to join our team in London and surrounding areas. You will review and audit medication administration records, ECM data, and Service User records to ensure alignment with care plans and company policies.
You will work closely with Branch Managers and the Operations Dept to identify findings, trends and ensure full transparency of care documentation, using Excel and other systems as required.
