We are looking for an enthusiastic pharmacist who can join our growing team in Liverpool.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Pharmacist role based in Crosby. The Pharmacist will be responsible for meeting deadlines, managing staff and ensuring KPIs are being met and ensuring adherence to regulatory and professional standards. The Pharmacist will oversee safe storage and handling of medicines, maintain accurate records, and support stock management and ordering processes. The role also involves collaborating with pharmacy team members, liaising with prescribers and other healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

  • Current registration (or eligibility for registration) with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) as a Pharmacist
  • Proven experience in community pharmacy or a similar patient-facing pharmacy setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a patient-centered and inclusive approach.
  • Demonstrated ability to work accurately under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage workload in a busy pharmacy environment.
  • Sound understanding of NHS pharmacy services, service specifications, and relevant legal and ethical frameworks.
  • Competence in using pharmacy and dispensing software Titan.
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to supervise, support, and develop pharmacy support staff.
  • Commitment to continuous professional development and openness to learning new clinical services and technologies.
  • Desirable; independent prescribing qualification or interest in obtaining it.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9-5:30pm with a hour (or half hour) lunch break.
