Experience is preferred but not essential; your ability to demonstrate unconditional positive regard in a positive behavioural support setting is the primary factor.

Responsibilities

You will be expected to provide care at a high standard to help residents and be there for them. You will work within a positive behaviour support framework, follow agreed guidelines and work within a consistent, mutually supportive team ethos.

You will have the opportunity to undertake the responsible role of being a Support Worker/Care Assistant. Our person-centred planning meetings and processes are co-produced with the people we support and their families to promote a unified approach. Together we set meaningful and inspirational goals, which Support Workers have a particular responsibility to work towards. This will provide you with a great experience to develop skills which can underpin a successful career in adult social care.

Qualifications and Training

Previous experience and any relevant qualifications in care are preferred but not essential. Full training including online e-learning is available through our preferred training academy.

However, we will always try to find you work according to your availability.

We offer competitive hourly rates, annual leave entitlement, ongoing training, scope for permanent opportunities with some temp roles after a qualifying period.
